In this busy world, it's hard to get the time and relax for only just five minutes. And even we get the time, we spend it scrolling on social media or occupy ourselves on something else. Our mind doesn't get the time to rest. I sometimes really miss the peace of mind. I believe mindfulness can save us!
Mindfulness is not a tough thing to do. You don't have to set a routine to start it. It's so simple that even just in this moment, you can start doing that. So don't waste any more time. Be serious on it and let's practice mindfulness from now.

This is the key to mindfulness, you may know that. But it's common to be clueless about how to be more, how to be present in this very moment. Well, just by doing some simple things we can do that throughout the day, every day.
Breathing mindfully, observing everything around us, warning ourselves what is happening inside and in our surroundings, listening mindfully, and being more conscious can help in this. You can see, everything I say here is so simple. But yet those are necessary and way more useful to be mindful. Just we have to remember to put some intentional effort to be more, to be present, and to be mindful.
