I like talking about food. It is a great pleasure to prepare it and even more to eat delicious food!
I am from Bulgaria and here we prepare our food with a lot of love, as everywhere dedication. So we eat plentiful, tasty and with pleasure. For us, the time spent at the table with loved ones is a daily holiday.

The most used products in our kitchen are white brined cheese and yogurt. One of our traditional dishes is a cold soup called Tarator.It is prepared with diluted with water yogurt, grated fresh cucumber, garlic, dill, salt, oil, a little vinegar and a drop of love😘.
And another favorite dish of mine, quick to prepare, tasty and very interesting. Eggs 'Panagurski' style. These are fried eggs with black spices. pepper, paprika, salt and savory. These eggs are served on a plate with yogurt.
