I will focus on Monica's inspirational story
I do not know Monica on a personal level, though I have a feel of her journey through her posts on the hive platform and that is how I got inspired to write about her journey, Monica's journey as portrayed by her posts is a perfect example of both an inspiring and resilient woman.
One thing that I noticed about Monica from her life story is that her journey illustrates how a woman can evolve and thrive to adapt to any surroundings. She represents a woman who is not intimidated by the hardship that comes her way. If you look into her life based on her posts of course. She made her own survival guide which fits her in both categories of an inspiring and resilient woman.
Above is a screenshot from one of Monica's posts which most of us can relate to one way or the other. But then perhaps few have gathered enough strength and will to do something about it. Or you may be probably just waiting for your breakthrough. On that note, let's go step by step in Monica's life as portrayed in her posts to remind ourselves of the woman's limitless strength. Below is the screenshot of her journey:-
What is Monica's Inspiring story?
To answer this I would like us to focus on the traits that I picked up from her posts. The evidence is piling enough from her posts that she was faced with many challenges in her life. She persevered to get educated hoping to earn a better living, yet that reward of being eligible for skilled labour never really came to pass.
Instead of being a victim of the failing system and unemployment, she focused her energy on finding ways to adapt to her situation. Monica started farming and had to learn new skills like sewing to earn a living. Being physically limited with the type of physical strain her body can stand, she had to be selective and open to rejections when she was not deemed physically fit for labour. Her journey got better when she joined the hive platform.

How it is compatible with mine?
I find myself to have similar perceptions and interests in life. Although I wouldn't rank myself to her level, I can relate to most of her struggles in feeling accountable to provide and care for people arherd you, especially her family. I have also been in situations where I had to put others first before myself and help those who were in need. There is a sense of peace and stimuli to dopamine that makes one feel good and have peace of mind knowing that you were able to grant someone's wish with the little that you have.
Generally, human survival instinct would drive one to focus on themselves first before even considering others. We hear a lot of people telling us how they care for others and how they will give or be a helping hand "when they get rich". Of course, we all have different principles some aim to teach to fish while others go first and give back when they have more than enough. But one fact remains and that is a person's action speaks louder than their words. That is what one gets to witness through Monica's journey her actions indeed echoed more than words. Her helping hand seems to also be inspired by love and humanity where one shares the little they have and not because it's in abundance. She demonstrated that through her charitable deeds. At that stage, she still had her challenges to deal with, provide for her family, and fund her health. But then she still opted to focus on others who were not even her direct responsibility. What could be more inspiring than that?
Is she going through a similar experience?
She presented herself as a jobless graduate and went on to describe how she feels she's forever fighting to fit in with the system. That hit home, I think with the current economic challenges, there is barely any formula on how one is to survive to earn a decent living. It looks like we both acknowledge that we are in an era where not even the system is designed to create opportunities that give the environment to maximize your trained skills. We both recognise the reality that being a graduate doesn't guarantee you anything besides self-improvement and experience in mastering new skills. We have to find other ways to earn a living. I am also not using the skills I was trained for as a graduate to earn a living and I jokingly consider myself to be living in a survival mode. This means I will learn any skills for survival as long as it is decent, beneficial, legal and don't compromise my health. I find Monica's nature to be compatible with mine in that sense. One commonality is I also find peace, motivation to do better and healing in helping others. In this case, though I have found Monica more inspiring and to be a great example of my inner beliefs and my survival mode doctrine.
