At my food truck we always allow customized burgers which gets our customers and fans involve in making a burger of their own with their own creativity and preferences. We love doing this because it gets us connected to people as well as give us a feel of what the community's taste buds are like.
Here is a bacon burger that a particular customer started ordering and now a few more customers have ordered it since we've let it hit our social media outlets. We've even given it a name called 'Bacon Belly Buster Burger' or the Quad B.
It has our special house sauce which is a spicy garlic aioli that we put on our cheeseburgers and a slice of American cheese. There are 2 layers of bacon weaves that we make with 4 slices each which makes 8 slices of beef bacon. Talk about a bacon burger :D
This picture above is a burger that has added on bacon to the already stacked 'Quad B' which we use 5 slices criss-crossing them to make a bacon flower. It sorta looks like petals, only that it's made from meat :D
So the stacking goes:-
Bun
Iceberg Lettuce
Spicy Garlic Aioli
Bacon Weave
American Cheese
Bacon Weave
Bun
Perhaps adding a patty would complete the meat extravaganza. ~~~ boom!
