My Team
For this battle, we have the featured rule set Stampede that gives the Trample ability on all monsters and only monsters with melee attack can be used due to Up close & Personal. With this in consideration, my lineup was consist of:
Summoner: Kelya Frendul - Gives +1 speed and +1 armor on all allied monsters which can allow them to be the first to attack the opponent and reduce the damage that they can receive.
1st Position: Arkemis the Bear - Provides additional armor with Protect and can reduce the damage of the target with Halving. When received some damage it activates Enrage which increases its speed and damage while reducing damage with 5 or more damage with Forcefield.
2nd Position: Flying Squid - Has Reach which allows it to attack at the second position and has Blind which increases dodge chance by 15%. When target missed attacking this card, it deals damage with Backfire.
3rd Position: Legionnaire Alvar - With Giant Killer, it can deal twice the damage on monsters with 10 or more mana and can reduce the melee damage of all opponent monsters with Demoralize. When attacking the last monster of the opponent team, it deals double damage with Deathblow.
4th Position: Disintegrator - Also has Demoralize to reduce the melee damage of all opponent monsters and has Retaliate that allows it to attack when attacked by the opponent. When it defeats the target, can trigger the Trample which allows it to attack again when it defeats a monster.
5th Position: Deeplurker - With Opportunity, it can target the opponent with the lowest health and afflict it with Poison which deals 2 damage every turn. It also has Demoralize that reduces the damage of all opponent monsters.
6th Position: Kulu Mastermind - Also comes with Opportunity but also got Shield which reduces the damage that it can received from melee and range attacks.

Battle Recap
Here is a replay of the battle which at you can watch at Splinterlands.
Did your Strategy Work?
As only melee monsters can be used in this battle and the opponent uses a Trample army, the most optimal way to counter them is to have as many monsters that can reduce their damage as it would be harder for them to defeat their target and with that case, they would less likely be able to utilize the Stampede ruleset though in this battle, luck also comes in factor as I I was able to dodge and retaliates on many attacks.
That was it for this post. Thank you and see you at the next one.
