After our trail on the Sab-a river, we climbed up to the mesmerizing and talk of the town Mt. Verallo of Sab-a, San Remegio. I never thought that there was a certain mountain in this place. Thanks to Mat and Mam Smile for bringing us here as it was one of the most anticipated travel last December. So let's explore together and discover the hidden gem in San Remegio.
They have called this mountain the heart of Te Fiti as it has a resemblance to the lying goddess of nature in the Disney movie, Moana. It is different from other mountains, because of its distinct shape. Can you guess what shape I saw first? Absolutely yes, you see it right! It's a triangle!
Let the journey begin!
From the arduous trek in the river, we found ourselves hiking in the middle of palm trees going to the mountain. Outdoor activities made us energized even to the most difficult ones.
Until we climbed up to this bushy part of the mountain. There were parts of the hill that were a trace of charcoal-making that is probably not to ask since many inhabitants were here. People will truly find a home even in the farthest place. I always witness this kind of situation for a long time.
We'd been walking for ages and we couldn't find the distinct one! Ma'am Smile saw this amazing Mt. Verallo before and wanted to show and share this incredible view with us. As an explorer, I also wanted to experience this one.
I paused for a while to catch my breath, and I felt the heat of the sun even my jacket I wore a jacket. It feels great leaning on a sturdy rock as a reward to self having walked this far. After a few seconds of idling, we walked again.
We're starving already. So, we took a moment to relax and eat by the shedding trees. As a result, a full smile on my face can be seen. Hehe
We walked again to find the magnificent view. Mam Smile and Mat continued finding the mountain. I and the others stopped in the middle of somewhere. Later on, Mat gave up however Mam Smile as a strong-willed, continued looking for it. After a few minutes, Mam Smile yelled at us that she found it! And like a bell rang, I immediately went to where Mam Smile was. Every now and then, I called Mam Smile to locate her.
In a couple of minutes, I found Mam Smile and the magnificent mountain! The Mt. Verallo everyone!!! I was surprised by what it looked like! Nature never failed to awe me. Like.... Whaaaaat!??? This is so amazing!! I can't contain the happiness I felt during this time. All the struggles in coming here were paid off!
As I gazed upon the opposite mountain, lush beautiful greens were found, verdant with untouched trees. Tranquility and serenity can be felt on this unfettered trip. Look how happy I was when I saw this view. Nothing can compare the happiness I felt with anything in this world like we have different happiness yet different situations.
I usually stayed at home before I discovered climbing. And now, I'm glad that I found my hike buddies to explore even the nearest part of our place. It feels so good to explore that it refueled us go through our lives. We become motivated and have a positive outlook in life. That's why, even though I have a fear of heights which is my weakness, eventually I made it as my strength. Slowly, I made progress, and every time we climbed, I tried my best not to be afraid of heights. Someday I will conquer my fear, not now but soon.
All right, that's all for today Hivers! Thanks for reading this far. Have a nice day!
~I joBEElieve I can, so you can🥰😁
