Yesterday was a pretty good day. Back into the swing of things. Most people seem to hate Mondays, but I find them invigrating. Time to start on new challenges or restart on old ones. Time to make progress on my goals and, ideally, build a better life for my family. Back to work, in other words. I'm sure I might think differently if I had a typical 9-5 office job!
But as Arnold says, "Rest is for infants and relaxation is for the retired, so get your ass to work." I'm not quite as direct about it as he is, but I do think it's a good thing to keep in mind.
So I launched right in with two sets of 40 in the morning before even starting my work for the day. I then saved my last set for before bed. Since starting this squats challenge, I find I sleep better when I do some squats right before bed.
120 for the day.
That brings me to 1325 for the month!
