Yesterday I took it down a notch. My Fridays are the busiest day of the week for me. I'm teaching all day so I'm out of the house from early in the morning to late at night. Then after the kids go to bed I always want to knock out two Hive posts, my regular daily post for my account and the Poet of the Week post for Blockchain Poets, both of which I always schedule to post in the morning, probably shortly after I post this, which I'm writing in the morning.
Hmm..that sounds more confusing than it probably is. Time zone confusion. At any rate, I've been posting daily so long that I'm not wanting to stop now (I think the last time I missed a day was shortly after the Steem hardfork a few years ago) unless I'm forced to do so. I wouldn't call it a compulsion, but it is a habit and daily goal that I always want to keep. And the Poet of the Week is something I'm also not about to miss. I'm constrained on the day I do that. The Inleo guys, who sponsor that post, want it up by Friday evening PST time, which I think is, well, around now when I post this, so I have to prepare it on Friday night my time. It should be up by now when you read this if I scheduled it correctly. Go check out Blockchain Poets to be sure if you are into poetry (and vote for the Poet of the Week).
Hmm... that's a bunch of word soup there. Sorry. It's early; I'm tired. I should go make some coffee.
Anyway, I wanted to avoid doing all my squats right before bed again because it led to some lower abdominal pain last night. Therefore I decided on an easy day with sets of 20 spread throughout the day. And that's exactly what I did. Every few hours I did a set. Five sets in all, giving me 100 for the day.
That brings me to 1,785 for the month!

I'm doing this 100 Squats per day Challenge with ,
, and
to raise funds for Cancer Research. Read my challenge announcement here.
If anyone else wants to join, please do, and please mention it here! And if you want to donate, please donate here or send HIVE/HBD directly to and she will convert it to fiat and donate it herself.
Almost all of us will have to deal with cancer in our lifetimes, either we will get it or someone we love will get it. 1 in 8 women will eventually get breast cancer. An astonishing 1 in 3 men will eventually get prostate cancer. There are many other cancers with similar scary high rates. If you are able, please consider donating or spreading the word of this fundraiser.
