Let’s draw a beautiful nocturnal moth

Hello friends and community, today’s drawing is once again a double participation, both for the Doodle Magic Drawing Challenge: 311 and for the 28 Bugs challenge. As soon as I saw today’s doodle, I thought: it’s the wing of a butterfly. To be exact, it’s the wing of a moth, those beautiful and mysterious creatures of the night. When I was a child, they scared me, but now I can’t help feeling fascinated by their shapes and colors. They have so many similarities, yet they are so different from daytime butterflies. Their colors are darker, their forms more aerodynamic, and they are the perfect representation of the night. Today I share my drawing inspired by these creatures, and I hope you like how it turned out. I decided to make it in dark earthy tones.
Hola amigos y comunidad, el dibujo de hoy es nuevamente una participación doble, tanto para el Doodle Magic Drawing Challenge: 311 como para el reto de dibujar 28 Bugs. Pues al ver el doodle de hoy pensé: es el ala de una mariposa. Para ser exactos, es el ala de una polilla, esas bellas y misteriosas criaturas de la noche. Cuando era pequeño me daban miedo, pero ahora no puedo evitar sentirme fascinado por sus formas y sus colores. Tienen tantas semejanzas y a la vez son tan distintas de las mariposas diurnas. Sus colores son más oscuros, sus formas más aerodinámicas, son la perfecta representación de la noche. Hoy les comparto mi dibujo inspirado en estas criaturas, espero que les guste cómo quedó. Decidí hacerlo en tonos oscuros tierra.

I started by using the reflection tool to duplicate the original doodle and create the double shape of the wings.
Comencé utilizando la herramienta reflejo para duplicar el doodle original y crear la forma doble de las alas.
Finally, I drew the body of the moth and added colors. I also outlined and shaped the rest of the wings, using the doodle as the main base.
Por último dibujé el cuerpo de la polilla y agregué colores. También delimité y di forma al resto de las alas usando el doodle como base principal.
