Today, it's time for me to share another delicious and nutritious recipe for you to enjoy with your family.
The recipe I prepared this time is called Stir Fry Bitter Gourd (Ampalaya) with Chorizo Mandarin and Egg.
Let's start cooking!
INGREDIENTS:
- (Ampalaya) Bitter Gourd
- Chorizo Mandarin
- Eggs
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomatoes
- Black Pepper
- Ginisa Mix
- Salt
- Canola Oil
PREPARATION:
Wash the (ampalaya) bitter gourd, onion, garlic, tomatoes and chorizo mandarin.
After washing these ingredients put them in a clean container.
Slice the bitter gourd thinly, after slicing the bitter gourd put 2 tbsp. of salt and then wash them again. And set aside.
Slice the chorizo mandarin, onion and tomatoes. Then mince the garlic. And then set them aside.
On a clean bowl crack and beat the eggs. Then set aside.
COOKING TIME:
On a clean heated pan, put a small amount of canola oil and then pour the beaten eggs.
When it start to get dry or slightly stir the egg slowly with fork.
Take them out from the pan when it is already cooked and then set aside.
On the same pan saute garlic, onions and then add the tomatoes when the garlic and onion are slightly brown already. Stir them slightly for some seconds and then cover the pan for 1-2 minutes.
Then add the chorizo mandarin until it is cooked and tender. Add the bitter gourd. Toss all the ingredients slightly and then cover again for about 2 minutes.
Put a pinch of salt, black pepper and ginisa mix seasoning.
Stir slowly and cover again for another 2 minutes.
Two minutes after uncovering the pan, and add the eggs. Stir them slowly again and then cover the pan until the bitter gourd is already cooked.
Now, our ampalaya or bitter gourd dish is ready!
