In the city of Singapore, there's no shortage of variety of food that I could choose from. I believe all of the ASEAN countries' cuisine can be found here in the city. This is a nation that welcomes people from different countries who come here to travel, work, or even reside here for good. And in the process, they brought with them their tradition, culture, and their cuisine as well.
One of the popular international cuisines here in Singapore is Thai food. And one of my favorite dishes of this cuisine is the Pad Thai!
The name of the place is Boraan Siam Restaurant which is located along Beach Road. I like going to this place because of the authentic flavor of the dish and it's actually priced fair as well.
The ambience of the place is okay and the seats are also comfortable enough. The interior decoration of the place gives me the impression of a modern Thai restaurant.
It may not be a good place to meet a group of friends because the space is quite small but it's definitely a good place to enjoy delicious Thai food.
I decided to order Pad Thai because it's been a while since I ate this dish. It's one of my favorite noodle dishes because of many reasons and one of them is the unique delicious taste of Thai cuisine.
The Pad Thai that was served to me had 3 big prawns that were already de-shelled. A clean prawn without a shell on is definitely a good quality preparation and that deserves an acknowledgment.
Another reason why I like this dish is the springy(ness) of the noodles, I like chewing this type of noodles that doesn't break apart easily.
Another thing that I want to commend is that the chef added bits of Thai sausage which I like because it added extra flavor to the dish.
It was a nice meal of Pad Thai and I will assure you that I will come back for more of it!
