Hello everyone. For this post, it's about the food my wife cooked again. I didn't write a story about the food my wife cooked for about 12 days. Because we travel often several days ago. So she rarely cooks at home. So this post, I intend to show you the food she cooks.
Most of the lunches my wife cooks are curry dishes, clear soups, fried foods or other. Example of lunch she cooked stewed pork leg with five spices that I wanted to share with friends.
She uses seasoning chinese five spices stew for cooking stewed pork leg with five spices. Because it is convenient and quick to cook this menu.

How to cook stewed pork leg with five spices.
Step 1 Boil the eggs until cooked and remove the shell of the eggs, then put the eggs in a container and set aside.
Step 2 Marinate the pork leg and pickles with seasoning chinese five spices stew and soy sauce in a container respectively.
Step 3 Boil the water in the pot until the water is boiling, then put the marinated pork leg and pickles in the pot and stock up until the pork knuckle is tender.

This menu is rice noodles with northern thai curry minced chicken sauce. Rice noodles with northern thai curry sauce is a northern Thai food and popular in the north.

- shrimp paste

How to cook rice noodles with northern thai curry minced chicken sauce.
Step 1: Cook the curry paste for rice noodles with northern thai curry sauce. (My wife cooks it non-spicy because the kids can eat it.)
Put galangal, lemon grass, shallots and garlic in a mortar, then pound them all in a mortar, until pulpy. Then put the shrimp paste in a mortar and pound the shrimp paste together with all the ingredients until blend.
Step 2 Blend the chicken into small pieces with a blender to make minced chicken.
Step 3 put curry paste (non-spicy) in a pot and stir until cooked and fragrant. Then put minced chicken and stir fry until almost cooked and put canned fish, respectively.
Step 4 put water in a pot and boil until boiling, then put pig blood curd and cook until pig blood curd cooked.
Step 5 put tomatoes and coriander, respectively. Boil for a while, turn off the gas stove.
