Ingredients:
- Bitter melon
- Pangasius pangasius
- Onion
- Raw pepper
- Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- Yellow powder
- Pepper powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Oil.
Preparation:
First I put a pan in the oven then heated with some amount of oil. After the oil is hot, chop the onion and cook with turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
Then I mixed the spices with the fish head and fish tail and cooked like this for some time. In fact, if the spices are not mixed with the fish, it does not taste very good to eat. For this I have mixed the spices with the fish.
Then I sliced the bitter melon with fish and spices and cooked them for some time. Then I added water and cooked till the water dried. I have given raw chillies before the water dries because if it is not a little hot it will not taste.
The last scene will attract you a little more because now I see that it tastes too much. It's really tasty to eat and that's why I like it so much.
This was my tasty and different kind of cooking. But it is undoubtedly very healthy and tasty. In fact, sometimes the combination of nutrition with taste is quite good for us. The combination of the two together means the opportunity to enjoy something different.
