Thursday is a slightly different kind of happy day because Friday is a weekly holiday in our country. So a feeling of holiday really comes to my heart on Thursday. Thursday was the most exciting day for us in school life. Although Friday was a weekly holiday, we were always interested in Thursday.
Honestly, that emotion remained with me even after I got married. So sometimes on Thursdays I actually try to cook something a little different, remembering the words of school life. It creates a kind of joyful feeling in itself. I really like it. Because as I have already shared with you, I love to have fun with everyone in the family.
So this Thursday I want to share with you what I did through this post. I have created a recipe of my very choice and taste. My son also likes to eat this food. Which is why I feel so good about making it.
And this dish is a special kind of pakora made with shrimp. Do you like Pakora national food, it is a very popular item in our country. These pakoras are made differently with different ingredients. These are very spicy and crunchy types.
I have used white shrimps to make these special and crunchy type pakoras. Let's see today's fun and special crunchy shrimp pakora.
Let's first look at the ingredients, what ingredients I have used for this recipe. Shrimp paste, onion, raw chilli, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and oil.
First I paste the shrimps, then I take it in a pellet and mix it with all the ingredients like onion, raw chilli, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste.
I waited a while to do this, because the better this mix is done, the more delicious the pakoras will taste. You can understand by looking at the above scenes.
Then I put a pan in the oven, poured oil and heated them. After the oil is heated, I take a small amount from the mixture and leave it in the hot oil in a flat and round shape.
After a while, I turned them upside down, so that both the backs are nicely fried. I tried frying them until they turned brown. Because if the frying is not good, it will not be crunchy type.
You can tell by looking at how interesting the last scene has become and how much fun my crunchy Thursday will be. My mind wants to finish everything now, I haven't eaten all of them ha ha ha ha.
