Today was a bit different with both sunshine and rain. The past few days have been beautiful and sunny, no rain at all. But today morning was beautiful and sunny but afternoon was rainy again. However, it has not rained since evening and the atmosphere is a bit cold.
In fact, after rains, the atmosphere is a bit colder and the warmth decreases a bit, that's why many people like rains. Today's rain was only for a short time, then the atmosphere brightened again. This is a good thing, because a little rain is definitely better than a continuous rain.
Today Tuesday means the day of taste, today I will share with you a recipe that is different and delicious as usual. I almost always present recipes with different flavors, because I love to consider the taste and to see the satisfied faces of the whole family. So today I made a mash with different taste of papaya.
Recipe Ingredients-
- papaya
- Onions
- Raw mulberry
- Garlic
- Black cumin
- bay leaf
- Cinnamon
- Dry chilies
- salt
- Mustard oil.
Preparation phase-
First I sliced the papayas and then put a pan on the stove with the papaya slices and water and covered it with a lid for a quick boil.
Then took a Shilpata and made a paste of boiled papaya slices.
After that I put a pan on the stove and heat the oil, then lightly fry it with bay leaves, cinnamon, dry chilies.
Then I chopped onions and garlic, then lightly fried again with green chillies.
Then add the boiled papaya pastes, then mix the salt and after some time take it out for serving.
Delicious papaya mash ready to serve. This mash is really delicious to eat, its taste with hot rice will surely give you great satisfaction.
