Friends, Happy Thursday everyone.
Today is also a bit cloudy like yesterday but the atmosphere is not too gloomy. The sun rises suddenly and after some time goes away again. But it is raining lightly since morning and it is stopping again for some time. That is, it is raining intermittently.
But the thing is that even with the light rain it feels quite hot which means the environment is still a bit warm and it feels quite good. It's summer though, so it's normal to feel a bit hot. But feeling hot even in the midst of rain is not a good sign.
Today I will share with you hot mash recipe, of course I can't eat a lot of jhal because my family doesn't like jhal/Hot. But sometimes I try to make some hot mash as well as make different recipes. Because different flavors sometimes attract us.
Today I used yardlong bean and green chili. Although now there is quite a crisis of green chillies in our country and the price is also very high. And Yardlong bean is in my vegetable garden. Hope you like the recipe.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Yardlong bean
- Green chillies
- Onions
- Garlic
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase of the recipe-
First I put a pan on the stove and heat it with some oil, then put Yardlong bean slices and green chillies in between. Then I gave enough water.
Then I added salt and onion to them, then covered them with a lid for some time.
Then I removed the lid and checked whether all the ingredients were boiled, after boiling I took all the ingredients down.
Then I beat all the ingredients with a sheel pata (a kind of stone used to make paste) into a fine paste.
Ready to serve our hot mash, It doesn't take much time to make this bharta/mash recipe. But if you don't have sheets, you can make the paste in the blender machine, it will also be very tasty.
All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
