Hello everyone. On Saturday, my company organized an exchange program with MSD department colleagues with 200 participants, held at the spring garden ecological area in Dong Anh - Hanoi. Today, not only the company's employees, but also department leaders at all levels came to attend with us.
As everyone can see, this year my company organized a very large meeting for its employees in a very spacious area. There is a very large parking lot here and a lake in the middle of the ecological area. In the middle of the lake there is a very beautiful hut where people can eat, drink and enjoy the scenery here.
This is my boss, he's giving the opening speech at this meeting. hehe
After my boss gave his speech, we enjoyed a spiritual dish that was homegrown art from my company's brothers and sisters. There were 3 groups participating and it was wonderful that day our dance group won first prize.
After the entertainment, we started our party. This is today's menu with many dishes thoughtfully prepared by the restaurant.
There are still a lot of dishes so I'll just review them hehe. This is a hot pot dish consisting of chicken, fish, pork and beef dipped in hot pot vegetables and it will be delicious.
This is a dish of rare goat with lemon. I swear to everyone this was my favorite dish that day. This dish puts all the ingredients on the plate including goat meat, vegetables, herbs, rolled in rice paper and dipped in soy sauce, 1 fermented green beans soaked in salt.
Next is grilled meat, I rate this dish as normal because here they make the lean meat and fat quite thick, making the meat dry in the lean part.
And this is roasted chicken. This dish here is also one of the best dishes at this restaurant. I haven't had time to take a photo of this dish at its most beautiful, but let me tell everyone about its taste. The skin is soft on the outside and crispy on the inside, the inside is deliciously moist, the meat is fragrant and has the perfect spice scent
