Yesterday was all about having a local Singapore food experience. Of course, this country has a wide variety of what we can say as a local food because it is a multi-racial country. The Chinese, Indian, and Malay food experience is there.
But for this post, I'm focusing on Chinese food experience.
My breakfast was a typical economic beehoon that can be eaten in any corner of this country. You can find this food everywhere, it's delicious and it's also very affordable. It's also filling so it's perfect for breakfast.
For my lunch, I went to my favorite Teochew porridge place. I ate shell food that is locally called as Lala. It has a spicy sambal sauce that is perfect for this type of shellfish. And of course, one of my dishes is the stewed mushroom, its healthy and delicious as well.
And finally, the drink that is filled with Vitamin C, orange juice from the iJooz vending machine.
