Lentil is a high-protein, calcium-rich food that is also known as a complete food. This food is more popular in Asian countries such as Pakistan and India, where people eat it with greater enthusiasm. Lentils are incomplete without spicy, which is why Pakistani lentils are tasty because they add more spicy. I also like to eat with more interest and enjoyment. Lentils are available in a variety of colours, including yellow, green, black, and a mix. All have a distinct flavour and are high in nutrients, making them extremely beneficial to consume.
Today I'm going to share a Lentil Recipe that is very simple to prepare and requires only a few ingredients. I'll share the ingredients and cooking method, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. These are made in various ways, such as Punjabi people cooking in their own method, which is the most delicious one made in Pakistan. I'll explain how the people of Quetta made Lentils, which are very delicious and tasty.
We only need a few ingredients, such as,
**1. Black Lentils
- Green Chilli
- Red Chilli
- Salt
- Cooking Masala
- Onions
- Garlic
- Cooking Oil.**
First, thoroughly clean and wash the lentil, then keep it in a dry place to allow the water to dry. Put cooking oil in a small pot and heat it on the stove. Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them in hot oil until they turn light brown. To make it more spicy, cut a green chilli down the middle. After the onions have been fried, add the garlic paste and mix well. Mix in the remaining spices, salt, red chilies, and green chilies. Boil the lentils in a separate pot and check to see if they soften. Now, thoroughly combine the fried gravy with the boiled lentils. Place it on a low heat for about 15 minutes to allow it to properly mix. Lentils, which are both tasty and nutritious, are now ready to be served.
This is the simplest way to cook lentils, which I hope you understand and will try at least once. If you have any questions about the recipe, please leave them in the comments section. Thank you for sticking with me until the end.
