Tenía muchas ganas de comer pizza anoche, así que con algunos ingredientes que tenía en casa hice unas sencillas mini pizzas, usando pan de hamburguesa, una cebolla, pimentón , salsa boloñesa, queso blanco llanero y algo de calabresa. Me gusto mucho el sabor que le aporto la salsa a pesar de ser algo salada porque es para carne así agregué solo un poco. Con una salsa de aceitunas aporta un sabor más suave pero igual quedaron muy sabrosas.
Simplemente prepare todo arme los panes y lo lleve al horno por unos 10min como máximo para gratinar solamente. Me tomo una media hora con calma realizar estás mini pizzas caseras. Espero les guste esta manera sencilla que con cualquier otros ingredientes se pueden realizar, usando como base este pan de hamburguesa.

I really wanted to eat pizza last night, so with some ingredients I had at home I made some simple mini pizzas, using hamburger bread, an onion, paprika, bolognese sauce, plain white cheese and some calabresa. I really liked the flavor that the sauce added despite being somewhat salty because it is for meat so I added just a little. With an olive sauce it provides a milder flavor but they were still very tasty.
Simply prepare everything, assemble the bread and put it in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes to gratinate only. It took me a half hour calmly to make these homemade mini pizzas. I hope you like this simple way that can be made with any other ingredients, using this hamburger bun as a base.
