Amo las cachapas y dónde quiera que me pare, es la mejor comida que he probado en mi vida, siempre digo que me la puedo comer fría, calienta, frita, en leña pero es que no es solo el sabor, es que me evoca los recuerdos de mi llano querido que tanto amo.
Espero puedan disfrutar como se prepara una cachapa en un budare con leña, las pudimos disfrutar en el fundo de nuestros amigos en Guárico, Remanzon, espero sientan como las raíces de nuestros orígenes siempre nos muestran como somos.
