As time goes on, I develop my favorite foods and return to them again and again. Nowadays, I'm used to eating noodles, especially the handpulled or handmade ones. I particularly like this kind of noodle dish because of the springy texture and smooth eating experience. Handpulled noodles are longer than the factory made noodles which is why they are easier to handle with chopsticks. For a chopstick amateur user like me, it's an enjoyable experience because it's easy and it makes me feel like an expert noodle handler.
To be honest, the toppings are just a secondary item in a dish if the noodles are really good. The noodles will actually make the dish stand on its own and you might not even need anything other than the sauce or a soup.
However, pair it with a nice topping then it will turn out great. All of these dishes are delicious and very filling. I wouldn't mind going back to these food stalls to eat these meals again.
