Well, Tiffany and I finally finished out the Eight days of OTF HELL WEEK 2022 and it was eight straight days of extra challenges and effort to get through them.
Tiffa and I have completed the series for what is our eighth straight year.
It's always tough workout on a normal day at ORANGETHEORY FITNESS, because after all they are High Intensity Interval Training workouts, but when it's Hell Week they add extra ways to torture us lol.
Today's template is actually called UNTITLED and it was completely different from past last day of Hell Week challenges. The typical final day is grabbing different exercises, row blocks or tread run parameters completing them and going back and grabbing the next challenge out of a pumpkin.
This year they threw in a Mini-Tornada workout and then a Partner workout and then threw in challenges throughout the Partner blocks. It was a rapid 60 minutes, but somehow we all accomplished to finish it all. Tiff and I ended with 6,200 meters rowed. We didn't win but we definitely did not come in at the bottom.
I'll try to break it down in my Actifit post later on today or at least try to make sense of it.

Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community, our yearly routine, has been sporting the shirts we earned throughout the Hell Week series in year order and today's shirt was from the one we earned this year; which I uploaded our selfie to this post. We also asked for the studio associate to take a photo of Tiffany and me commemorating Hell Week Day 8, which I also uploaded.
