Yesterday I made strawberry cupcakes for my kids.They love it, especially the whipped cream that I put on the cake. The chiffon cake texture, soft, fluffy, light. Goes well with strawberry jam and whipped cream. So I brought the recipe to share with everyone.
Ingredients
Cake flour 100 grams.
Sugar (Part 1) 70 grams.
Baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Salt 1/4 teaspoon.
4 egg yolks
Melted butter 1/3 cup.
Water 1/3 cup.
Strawberry syrup 1 tbsp.
Strawberry Jam 1 cup
Strawberry color and flavor, add as you like.
4 egg whites.
Sugar (Part 2) 70 grams.
Cream of tartar 1 teaspoon.
Whipping cream 100 grams.
Procedure
Step 1.
Sift dry ingredients into the same container, namely flour, baking powder, salt, sugar (Part 1) and mix well.
Step 2.
Egg yolk, melted butter, water, strawberry syrup, strawberry color and flavor. Put them together in another container. mix well.
Step 3.
Combine step 2 ingredients with step 1 ingredients. Use a hand whisk to mix together and set aside.
Step 4.
Preheat the oven, I use a tecnoplus oven. Turn on the top-bottom power to 165 degrees Celsius. I don't turn on the fan.
Step 5.
Make the meringue. I use a mixer to beat the egg whites on low speed to get coarse foam. Then add the cream of tartar, beat the medium peed until foamy, then add the granulated sugar. Divide it 3 times, until the egg whites form peaks. Cuts air bubbles at low speed.
Step 6.
Mix the meringue with the step 3 ingredients, Ladle into panettone cups. , and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven to cool.
Step 7.
Pour strawberry jam into a squeeze bag. and squeezed into the cake
Step 8
Whip the whipped cream, everything must be cool. whole whipping cream The bowl and the muzzle. Use the highest speed, continuing to beat until you get the desired fullness.
Step 9
Scoop the whipped cream into a squeeze bag. Then squeeze onto the cupcakes, ready to eat.
