On Saturday, September 2, an integration activity was carried out by the 
Hive account@hiveccs community in the eastern park of Caracas, the objective of this meeting was to link the communities and hivers who reside in the capital of the country to meet, share in a pleasant space full of good vibrations and create solid ties that allow us to collaborate in future meetings that contribute to the growth of the hive 💪🏼😁. El día sábado 2 de septiembre se llevo acabo una actividad de integración por parte de la comunidad Hive account@hiveccs en el parque del este de Caracas, el objetivo de este encuentro era vincular las comunidades y hivers que residimos en la capital del país para conocernos, compartir en un espacio agradable lleno de buenas vibraciones y crear lazos sólidos que nos permitan colaborar en futuros encuentros que contribuyan al crecimiento de la colmena 💪🏼😁.
For this day the Hive account@hiveccs team had several recreational activities prepared 😁, the first thing was a yoga session guided by my friend 
Hive account@madefrance; As I arrived a little late and the activity had already started, so as not to interrupt, wait for the session to end, I have never practiced yoga, I would really like to join them, but I felt it would be disrespectful of me to interrupt the activity. activity already started 🙃. I know that in the future we will organize more meetings like this and I will have the opportunity to practice some yoga 😋. Para este día el equipo de Hive account@hiveccs tenía preparadas varias actividades recreativas 😁, lo primero fue una sesión de yoga guiada por la amiga Hive account@madefrance; como llegué un poco tarde y ya la actividad había comenzado, para no interrumpir espere a que terminara la sesión, yo nunca he practicado yoga, de verdad me fuese gustado unirme a ellos, pero senti que sería una falta de respeto de mí parte interrumpir la actividad ya comenzada 🙃. Se que en el futuro organizaremos mas encuentros como este y tendré la oportunidad de practicar un poco de yoga 😋.
Then we went on to a biodance activity guided by my friend 
Hive account@miriannalis, this activity requires a lot of physical contact with other people, I am a very receptive person on a sensory level and that is why I avoid physical contact a lot, despite that, I still dared to participate in the activity (I only do these things for HIVE 😋) even if you don't really believe it, it was very difficult for me to do this activity, but I feel very happy to have tried it, since I was able to discover a new art, a discipline that requires movement of body energy, allowing us to shed the energy charges that do not contribute to spiritual growth. There was a moment when my friend Miriannalis was demonstrating an exercise and she was so focused that I could see how her body emanated energy with the slow movements she made, it was really something that I loved, seeing how she is so committed with your discipline 😌 I wish you much success on your way with biodanza 💪🏼. Luego pasamos a una actividad de biodanza guiada por la amiga Hive account@miriannalis esta actividad requiere de mucho contacto físico con otras personas, yo soy una persona muy receptiva a nivel sensorial y por eso evito mucho el contacto físico, apesar de eso igual me atreví a participar en la actividad (estas cosas solo las hago por HIVE 😋) aunque no lo crean de verdad fue muy díficil hacer esta actividad para mí, pero me siento muy feliz de haberlo intentado, ya que pude conocer un nuevo arte, una disciplina que requiere del movimiento de energía corporal, permitiéndonos despojar las cargas energéticas que no aportan al crecimiento espiritual. Hubo un momento en el que la amiga Miriannalis estaba haciendo una demostración de un ejercicio y ella estaba tan concentrado que pude notar como su cuerpo emanaba energía con los movimientos lentos que hacía, de verdad fue algo que me encantó, ver como ella esta tan comprometida con su disciplina 😌 le deseo mucho éxito en su camino con la biodanza 💪🏼.

Hive account@erilej have already been incorporated, well, and many other hivers that participate from other regions of the country, they also told us a little about their trajectory that they have been having in recent months and that they will soon participate in the "CARACASROCK" race and they invited us to participate as a support bar 🔥🤩. La ocasión fue aprovechada por varios proyectos que asistieron para presentarse y comentarnos los planes próximos que tiene agendados; los primeros fueron Hive account@hiverun un proyecto conformado principalmente por Hive account@enmymente Hive account@danielvehe y ya se han ido incorporando mas hivers como Hive account@mundomanaure y Hive account@erilej, bueno y muchos otros hivers que participan desde otras regiones del país, también nos contaron un poco de la trayectoria que han venido teniendo en los últimos meses y que pronto van a participar en la carrera "CARACASROCK" y nos invitaron a participar como barra de apoyo 🔥🤩.
Then 
Hive account@holoslotus presented us with a new initiative that they are organizing called "wellness trails" where they will be traveling hiking routes through the Warairarepano National Park, they also told us that several of these routes will leave from the city of Guarenas (where I live) since there are several entrances to Ávila that lead to very beautiful natural places 😌. I really liked that initiative 😋 count on me to go hiking and if I can I'll take Polar 🐾 he also loves the mountains. Luego Hive account@holoslotus nos presentaron una nueva iniciativa que estan organizando llamada "senderos de bienestar" en donde estarán recorriendo rutas senderistas por el parque nacional warairarepano, también nos comento que varias de esas rutas saldrán desde la ciudad de Guarenas (donde yo vivo) ya que por ahí hay varias entradas hacía el Ávila que llevan a lugares naturales muy hermosos 😌. Me gusto mucho esa iniciativa 😋 cuenten conmigo para hacer senderismo y si puedo llevare a Polar 🐾 que a él también le encanta la montaña.
This really was a great day 😁 full of harmony and well-being, in which we were able to get to know each other and share a little more among the hivers who live in the capital of the country, I hope that soon we can meet again to continue uniting the HIVE community; I congratulate the team of women creators at Hive account@hiveccs who were in charge of organizing and carrying out this wonderful meeting, girls it was worth the effort 💪🏼 keep up your commitment, everything will be rewarded 😌. De verdad que esta fue una estupenda jornada 😁 llena de armonía y bienestar, en la que pudimos conocernos y compartir un poco mas entre los hivers que vivimos en la capital del país, espero que pronto podamos reunirnos nuevamente para seguir uniendo a la comunidad de HIVE; felicito al equipo de mujeres creadoras en Hive account@hiveccs que se encargaron de organizar y llevar acabo este maravilloso encuentro, chicas valió el esfuerzo 💪🏼 sigan así de comprometidas que todo será recompensado 😌.
