Yoyoyo Runners !
Today the day started with heavy rain, and honestly, I liked it so much that I didn’t want to get out of bed. Still, I was really looking forward to today’s workout.
As usual, my breakfast was a glass of fresh orange juice, a banana, and a tablespoon of cod liver oil — more than enough to boost my energy for the whole day.
While I was heading to the track, the rain stopped and a bit of sun came out (!).

The workout was easy, just as the name suggests. I didn’t struggle at any point. The only downside was the very strong wind, which made it hard to control my pace, resulting in a faster pace than planned (5:20 instead of 6:00).
From here on:
I’m more than ready for tomorrow’s long run. I’ll probably do it around the city — I think I’ll end up taking more photos than actually running 😅.
