Yoyoyo Runners !!!
Today I’m sharing my Saturday workout, since I didn’t get the chance to post it that day due to other commitments.
After waking up fairly early, around 9–10 a.m., I headed out for my run. The weather here was much better — nothing like the conditions in Larissa over the past few days (although I heard it’s warm there now).
That definitely boosted my mood, and I managed to complete the workout comfortably and relaxed.
Since the area I’m staying in these days has a very grid-like layout, I thought it would be fun to use my Strava trace to write something. As you’ll see in the photo below, I ended up spelling out the title of the workout. Maybe next time I’ll get a bit more creative.

The workout didn’t tire me at all, just as it should. The only challenging moments were one or two sections with longer climbs ahead of me, but they were short in distance, so they went by before I even realized it.
From here on:
Tomorrow (Monday) is a rest day, but I’ll be posting today’s long run.
The next workout will be on Tuesday — whether it’s intervals, a tempo run, or who knows what my brother comes up with!
