Yoyoyo Runners !!!
Today I’m sharing the long run I completed yesterday, Sunday.
This Sunday’s workout was 14 km at a pace of 5:40/km, which comes out to almost 80 minutes of running.
Since I was staying in an area with many small streets and very little traffic, I decided to run back and forth around the neighborhood near my house. Below you can see the route map from Strava.

More details:
At the beginning, I started with a lot of excitement knowing I had many kilometers ahead of me, and without realizing it I was running a bit faster than planned.
Once I reached the 10th kilometer, my mindset changed — it felt like the run was almost over. And indeed, I didn’t even notice when I passed 11, 12, 13 km and suddenly reached the finish.
The main goal of every workout for me is to enjoy it, and that’s exactly what I did in this one. And as you can see, I ended up running it a bit faster, which shows that I’m right on the edge of moving into the next zone.

Today, Monday, is a rest day. The goal is to absorb the previous workout and recharge my batteries for the next one, since it will be a tempo workout!
