There is a special type of bread that is cooked for dessert as a typical iftar meal. In my living area, we named the bread Roti Klatak.
The bread was originally round and hard. But when it's cooked, the bread will be very soft, suitable for a delicious dessert at Iftar.
So this afternoon I made a quick dessert with a mixture of Roti Klatak and pumpkin.
Don't forget also the mixture of coconut milk and brown sugar to make the sauce.
We can serve it as a cold dessert by adding ice. For me, I usually enjoy it in cold or hot conditions.
Simple enough but makes me and my family grateful for today.
Bad shapes, but delicious tastes!
