Avocados stuffed with chicken
This recipe for avocados stuffed with chicken is very simple, delicious and nutritious. Adults and children alike love it.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 4 medium carrots, cooked and chopped
- 6 potatoes
- 1 stalk of chives
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Decorating tomato
Step by step elaboration
For the salad.
- Cook the breast, potatoes and carrots.
- Then in a bowl mix the shredded chicken breasts, the carrot and the potatoes and chives already diced.

- Chop the avocados in half
