Hilsa fish with mustard paste curry
Ingredients:
- Black cumin.
- Coriander powder.
- 3 tablespoons salt.
- 3 tablespoons turmeric powder.
- Mustard oil.

Methods:
Step 01
First I cut 2 hilsa fish, peach them, wash them well with water and put them in a pot.
Step 02
Spread salt and turmeric well on the fish pitches.
Step 03
I put the fish peaches mixed with salt and turmeric in a pan and fry them in oil.
Step 04
I put the mustard seeds in a mixer and after mixing, put the mustard paste in a container with a sieve.
Step 05
In a pan, add mustard oil, black cumin and chilli.
Step 06
After stirring the black cumin and chilli in a pan for a while, add mustard paste and turmeric powder and salt to taste. When it boils, add fried fish pitches and mix water in it. Cover the pan with a pot for 10 minutes to cook well. After 10 minutes, when it is cooked, turn off the oven and spread coriander powder on top of the curry. Then serve in a bowl.
