A greeting to my dear friends of this great platform HIVE, today I come with all the energy put to show how I prepared this delicious Bread, in order to participate in the initiative of @Qurator's Hive Top Chef where we can discover our recipes depending on the surprise ingredient that each week we indicate in the activity.
This recipe is known in my country Venezuela as "Pepito" and they sell it in the fast food sales and they put everything in it.
I'm going to prepare it home-style, we'll add whatever we have at home.

Ingredients and step by step
- Peasant bread or shin.
- Cilantro
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Tomato sauce
- Garlic
- Meat
- Chicken
- Lettuce
- Eggs
- Tajada
- Cheese
- Tomato
- Paprika
- Onion
As soon as I saw this contest I said, "This one's for me! I got down to business and cooking, it was said.
- We prepare the meat and chicken with the dressing you like best and then take it to the grill.
- We make the minced tomato, onion, paprika, cilantro.
- We make a sauce with 3 garlic, mayonnaise and coriander, salt is to taste; we blend and ready.
- We put the meat to roast to average fire and meanwhile we are washing the lettuce
- We fry the eggs and the slices.
- When we have all the ingredients ready, we prepare the bread, the first thing we water inside is garlic sauce and then we put a bed of lettuce.
- This way we continue placing the other ingredients.
- The sauce helps the ingredients to set a little and not fall to the side
- To finish we sprinkle some cheese on top and that's it.
Ready for battle!!
Just seeing the image makes my mouth water again, I think I like them a lot. I would have liked to add other things like bacon and chips.
