Then we add the milk and the wheat flour. Remember that if the flour is leavening you do not need the baking powder, but if on the contrary it is all flour add a spoonful of baking powder or bicarbonate. Keep mixing and add two or three tablespoons of cocoa powder or toddy also serves.
