Today I'm showing you these photos that I thought were retro style, at least that's how I wanted to make them look, I don't know if it worked. But anyways the point of the photos is really to show this restaurant that opened new in my city.
It is a restaurant that is classified as Japanese style but it is not really, it is like they try to imitate some things but they are obviously not native. I remember the first thing they asked me when I entered was if I had ever tried Japanese food, to which I answered yes. It is true that they never mention that it is authentic Japanese food, but they say that it is Japanese food.
They are based on dishes like ramen soup of various flavors, Udon, yakisoba, something similar to Oben and more that I can't remember right now.
The truth is that they also offer drinks that are called bubble tea but with ice, they are adapted to the fruits from here.
The food as you can see I ordered a ramen, I thought the broth tasted like soy and the rest had little flavor, the pork was tasteless. I don't want to discredit, just give my opinion of the place I visited.
On the other hand, I liked the whole atmosphere, the flashy signs and lots of neon lights, this screams Japan, screams Tokyo.

Hoy les estoy mostrando estas fotos que me parecieron estilo retro, al menos así quise hacerlas ver, no sé si funcionó. Pero anyways el punto de las fotos es realmente mostrar este restaurante que abrió nuevo en mi ciudad.
Es un restaurante que se clasifican como estilo japonés pero no lo es realmente, es como que buscan imitar algunas cosas pero no son autóctonas obviamente. Recuerdo lo primero que me preguntaron cuando ingresé es que si alguna vez había probado la comida japonesa a lo cual respondí que sí. Es verdad que nunca mencionan que es auténtica comida japonesa, pero dicen que es comida japonesa.
Se basan en platillos como la sopa ramen de varios sabores, Udon, yakisoba, algo parecido al Oben y más que no recuerdo en este momento.
Lo cierto es que también ofrecen unas bebidas que las llaman té de burbujas pero helados, son adaptados a las frutas de aquí.
La comida como pueden ver pedí un ramen, me pareció que el caldo sabía a soja y el resto tenía poco sabor, el cerdo estaba insípido. No quiero desprestigiar solo dar mi opinión del lugar que visité.
Por otro lado, me gustó todo el ambiente, los letreros llamativos y con muchas luces de neón, esto grita Japón, grita Tokyo.
