Greetings to the whole community, today I post the culinary art, I bring you the presentation of the production of tequeños, which I call tequeños with an original touch.
Each person in the kitchen has their special touch, for each meal; so have the recipe. That is why today I will show you some tequeños with a not very regular shape, since the tequeños themselves are elongated. And I decided to make them square and with a sweet touch. This was the breakfast of my little treasures

Ingredientes.
• Harina de Trigo
• Queso
• Agua
• Sal
• Azúcar
Ingredients.
• Wheat flour
• Cheese
• Water
• Salt
• Sugar
Preparación
Tomamos la harina de trigo y procedemos abrir un hueco en el medio.
We take the wheat flour and proceed to open a hole in the middle
Luego llevamos a la cocina un poco de agua, y le agregamos un poco de sal y azúcar. Luego que hierva, lo unimos con la harina de trigo.
Then we bring to the kitchen a little water, and add a little salt and sugar. After it boils, we combine it with the wheat flour.
Revolvemos hasta obtener una masa homogénea y compacta.
We stir until obtaining a homogeneous and compact mass.
Colocamos en la mesa y estiramos y colocamos queso rallado.
We place on the table and stretch and place grated cheese.
Luego divido la masa en varias porciones y procedo a cerrarlos, pero de manera cuadrada.
Then I divide the dough into several portions and proceed to close them, but in a square way.
Los llevo a la cocina a fuego lento, hasta que doren.
I take them to the kitchen over low heat, until golden brown.
