El día de ayer mis hijos me dijeron que querían de desayuno unas empanadas, y me tuve que levantar súper temprano ya que tengo es una cocina eléctrica que dura mucho para cocinar. Comencé por elaborar el relleno que en este caso fue una carne molida; el cual para realizarla primero coloque con un poco de agua y deje que se sancochara, luego licue todos los aliños que comprenden ,ají cebolla y cebollín. Se lo agregue y coloque sal y un poco de aceite onotado. Obteniendo así el relleno para las empanadas.

Después realice una guasacaca con aguacate, ají, cebolla, cebollín, cilantro aceite y vinagre, licue todo y obtuve una guasacaca cremosa que acompañe con mis empanadas.

A pesar de ser un desayuno sobre el tiempo logre tenerlo para que mis hijos comieran temprano
