Beef fillet: 300 g
Flour: 1-2 tablespoons

Salt, black pepper, garlic powder: as needed
Potatoes: For frying and design

How to prepare Beef Stroganoff :
First, cut the veal fillet into strips (if you need the exact size: one and a half wide and four centimeters long)
Then add some pepper and coriander seeds or whatever you like to the meat to taste.
Pour some oil or butter into the pan and fry the meats with the onions.
Then wait for the onion juice to evaporate and soften.
Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan to soften slightly. Then add flour and mix the ingredients quickly. Add garlic and pepper powder and add enough salt.
(You can fry the mushrooms separately and add them to the meat)
At this stage, add milk and wait for the flour, butter and milk to thicken and thicken.
