How are you guys? I hope you're in good healthy staying inside home. That's perfect. Today is 12th April 2020. It's Old Sinhala and Tamil new year day. Tomorrow will big celebration day to us every years instead 2020. I don't want to say why we'll not celebrate this year. Seven Sri Lankan people died and 199 people infected from covid-19. 43 people fully recovered and already went to their homes. Our every authorities controlled pandemic perfectly. People need to more careful and try to stay every minutes for stop spread corona virus.
Today afternoon our family finished whole work from our side to ready new year tomorrow. The flowers, fruits, leaves being fresh changes to ready new year. Whole nature has change with including some wildlife. Especially birds singing songs within this season. Unfortunately I'll miss our first non celebration new year this year. We washed our whole house three hours. We made some of traditional sweets for keep new year table. This year every customs & rituals do only from our hands. Some genuine adult came to anyone's houses and did customs previous years. This year our main hope is stop covid-19 pandemic.
Today starting to rain falling after 6 months to my living area. But I heard yesterday & day before yesterday rain was started to our central and sabaragamuwa province areas. Before raining you can see how above flower was fainted without water. It's nature's condition. There are some requirements need to growing of these nature assets.
Now you can see how mango leaves be refresh their mood with water droplets. Actually leaves be powerful and ready to feed mango fruits creating important nutrition though food process. I captured some various places after the raining. In this moment also falling little bit rain to my garden. So I smelled raining now.
It's spinach vine where it growing our garden. I believe these vine will be large before end this month with natural fertilizer. People have big hopes each years and they change their goals for next years after considered previous month or year. If rain and fertilizer added to your mind, surely your goals will be grow like spinach vine's growing.
A New Year is a joyful process. This national festival survives with many additions and decreases from time to time depending on economic and social needs. All good things are contained in all aspects of the New Year Festival. This national heritage has been preserved in our country's villages by conducting rituals and aftermath rituals. All these things were done on time and in accordance with the auspicious time.
The Sinhala and Tamil New Year is a special event to preserve the beauty of nature including the earth, tanks, anicuts, streams, wells and forests. Sinhala New Year is born in the village. Due to the rich harvest of farming, it was customary to carry out milking and fresh rice ceremonies the year before. It was then that the new rice sweets were made. They are forbidden to eat before the sacrifice of the Buddha.
Even in a low-income household, all the day-to-day needs were met before the New Year. The poor and the rich all met and exchanged their needs. As is customary on New Year's Day, people of all kinds, all at the same time, aroused the fire, cooking, working, dealing, eating, etc. to preserve unity. But nowadays it is practiced, not of cultural value.

I studied over one hour about advance stores & warehouse management online course from native language. Firstly I want to learn it from my native language and then I can convert it to international language. Other daily routine happened like as other same days.
I finished some painting work when I started yesterday to draw. It's very small art work than my age. But remember that, I'm spending beginners lever of the drawing and painting. So I want to improve it day by day. Sure I'll do like as others already did by me. Yes...everything will be perfect as I believe. See you later. Be safe and Stay healthy.
