Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. En este post de inicio de semana con una receta para nuestras dietas y se trata de un sándwich de pollo y huevo. muy fácil de preparar e ideal para desayunar o llevar al trabajo sin mucho tiempo.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS
- 2 rodajas de sandwich/ 2 slices of sandwich
- 1 huevo/ 1 egg
- 1 muslo de pollo/ 1 chicken thigh
- Repollo/ Cabbage
- Cebolla/ Onion
- Zanahoria/ Carrot
- Salsa de soya/ Soy sauce
- Pimienta negra/ Black pepper

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE
Para empezar prepararemos el pollo donde le daremos sabor con un toque de pimienta negra, sal y color con unas gotas de salsa de soya.
Luego pondremos a freír con suficiente aceite hasta que este tostado.

Por otro lado, haremos la ensalada de pollo integrando cebolla en cuadros, repollo y zanahoria rayada.

Teniendo el pollo listo lo desmechamos con las manos y colocamos en la ensalada.

Cuando notemos que este cocinándose el huevo colocamos encima las 2 rodajas, una al lado de la otra.
