Hello everyone! How are you today, hope all of you are doing fine. Well today another busy day for me because I have a lot work to be done for today, the first one is cooking lunch for my fellow workmates who are quarantined in their own houses and because of the lockdown they can't go out to work or even it is hard for them to buy food outside so the company that I worked for decided to provide their lunch and dinner, since I am one of the chefs there me and my partner Glenn assigned to cook for them and we've been doing this for more than a month now ever since the lockdown started.
For today's lunch we cooked chicken tinola a famous chicken soup dish in the Philippines..
Preparations
Everytime we are cooking chicken dishes we always prepared 12pcs of whole chicken and I'm the one who's responsible for cutting and cleaning this chickens.
then my partner is the one to prepare the vegetables and other ingridients.
then after we finish preparing all the ingredients we cook it rightaway because wee need to finish this before lunch which is 12:00pm.
then after more than 2 hours of preparations and cooking our chicken tinola is done cooking.
and then lastly after we finished packing this lunchboxes total of more than 80pcs our driver deliver this in our quarantined workmate houses.
It is a bit tough job to cook lunch and dinner for more than 80 persons a day, but I enjoy this as well this is my job as a chef not just to satisfy he mouth but to satisfy their tummy and cook for the ones who are in needs.
