Hello, friends of Gems, how are you? I am grateful to God for allowing me to share with you again. Today I will show you this delicious fried chicken that I made for my family.
Today I took advantage of the fact that I was free, so for lunch I decided to change the daily menu to fried chicken.
The first thing I did was place the chicken in a bowl, add salt to taste, seasoning, a head of garlic for extra flavor, onion, and paprika. I also added mustard, covered it, and let it sit for at least 20 minutes so it could absorb the flavor and aroma of the garlic and other ingredients.
Then I put oil in a skillet and let it heat up while I coated the chicken in wheat flour so it would be crispy. I fried it until it was golden brown.
