Today I want to share my vegan caramelized sweet breadfruit recipe with everyone.

This is first for me to eat caramelized with breadfruit, it’s delicious then more sweet potato!

👩‍🍳 Caramelized Sweet Breadfruit Recipe 🔪

Ingredients

• 1/2 bread fruit
• 1 1/4 cup coconut milk or as you like
• 1/2 cup brown sugar or taste
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 young coconut's meat
• 1/2 cup water

Step 1 Make coconut.
Step 2 Cut breadfruit.
Step 3 Heat pan put sugar stir it until aromatic.
Step 4 After put coconut milk, salt and water.
Step 5 Stir it.
Step 6 After put breadfruit, boil it until not have water.
Step 7 Fry it until looks not have water.
Step 8 Then put coconut meat.
Step 9 Fry it a few minutes it’s already.
