I love pumpkin. Pumpkin dessert is one of my favorite desserts. Pumpkin has many benefits. By eating pumpkin, you can increase your body’s energy and protect yourself from disease. It is a powerful source of vitamin A. It helps maintain eye health. It rich in vitamin C. Pumpkin is a good source of fiber. This is important for intestinal health.
After I chop the pumpkins, I pour sugar on it. I’m holding one night. Pumpkins are watered when they wait with sugar. Then I bake the pumpkins in the oven. I serve the pumpkins with tahini after cooking.
