Masala Pav is an extremely popular dish from West India (Maharashtra). It’s basically an easier and quicker form of Pav Bhaji. It doesn’t require so many veggies as against pav bhaji and can be made in quick 15 minutes but tasted equally yumm. Let’s see how we make it.

Ingredients:
• Buns
• Grated Cheese
• 2 finely chopped green chilly
• Chopped Garlic
• 2 Chopped Onion
• 4 Chopped Tomatoes
• 1 Chopped Capsicum
• ½ TBSP Red Chilli Powder
• 1 TBSP Pav Bhaji masala
• Salt as per taste
• Butter
Step 1: Heat a spoon of butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and onion and saute till they turn golden brown.
Step 2: Now add chopped tomatoes and let them cook for about 10 minutes on low flame.
Step 3: Add the spices and mix well.
Step 4: Now add chopped capsicum pieces and cover with lid for another 5 minutes. Let it cook well.
Step 5: Now add 2-3 Spoons butter to the mixture.
Step 6: Cut the bun in 2 equal halves. Now heat the bun with butter on low flame. Once it is brown on both sides, put some gravy on the pan and saute the buns in the gravy.
Step 7: Place the buns on a plate and garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves.
