I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Summers without Ice cream is something I don’t even know. This lockdown in summers has actually taken ice cream away from us for a very long time. But no more, you can make exactly the same ice cream at home with this simple recipe.

Ingredients:
• 250 ml Fresh Cream
• 4 Spoons Powdered Sugar
• 1 TBSP Vanilla essence
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 2 TBSP strawberry jam
Step 1: In a bowl, pour the cream. Add Sugar and whisk the cream well.
Step 2: Add vanilla essence and milk and give it a nice mix again.
Step 3: Transfer the prepared mixture into cup shaped moulds. If you don’t have moulds, use small bowls with small spoons as sticks.
Step 4: Freeze in the freezer for 8 hours.
Step 5: Now take the vanilla cups. Add ½ TBSP of strawberry jam on the top.
Step 6: Serve Chilled!
