Hello my fellow hive members, hope you all are doing great it's been a while since I dropped some articles here I have been so occupied with some things but I am actually happy to be writing this article today,
I actually spent my whole time at home today, that is why I am able to write something today I have been studying about making continental dishes for some months now and it's really a great idea because I have a broad knowledge of different dishes now.i spent most of my time studying different dishes and how to prepare them it has not been easy but I'm so happy I am now getting used to it.
My first day preparing Chinese noodles it didn't come out perfect because I over boiled the noodles and it was so soft I was so upset but in the other way I knew it was my first practice so I had to cheer up my mood,my mum told me I would do better the second time.
So today I prepared some dishes like,
Sweet and sour sauce
Fish in chilli sauce
Spiced mixed vegetables.
Prawn black beans.
Chinese fried rice
And you can't imagine the outcome it was so nice and yummy, choosing to be a chef as a profession requires a lot of knowledge and time because you have to be delicate in all you do try to make the environment you are cooking in very clean because when food it's exposed to dirty environment it causes illness to the body and can also cause stomach bit.that is why it's very much important to keep the surrounding very clean and safe before preparing any dishes.
