Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta deliciosa, está receta me la dio una prima y yo le agregue mi toque especial con leche condensada. espero les encante tanto como me gusto a mi y mi familia.

Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe, this recipe was given to me by a cousin and I added my special touch with condensed milk. I hope you love it as much as I did with my family.

Ingredientes:

3 cucharadas de leche en polvo
1/2 auyama mediana
3 cucharadas de azúcar
1/4 de Leche Condensada
3 cucharadas de Maicena
Vainilla.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of powdered milk
1/2 medium auyama
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 of Condensed Milk
3 tablespoons of Cornstarch
Vanilla.

Lo primero es cortar la auyama y ponerla a cocinar hasta que se ablande. cuando este lista retiramos el agua y dejamos reposar un poquito.

The first thing is to cut the auyama and cook it until it softens. When it is ready we remove the water and let it rest a little bit.

Como vieron yo la cocine con todo y concha y al momento de colocarla en la licuadora, le retiro la concha, aquí voy a agregar la azúcar, leche condensada, la maicena y la leche.

As you saw I cooked it with everything and conch and at the moment of placing it in the blender, I remove the conch, here I am going to add the sugar, condensed milk, the cornstarch and the milk.

Ahora agrego medio vaso de agua, la idea es que no nos quede muy blando sino espeso, y batimos.

En el molde donde lo voy a servir o a colocar voy a hacer un caramelo para darle mayor gusto.

In the mold where I am going to serve it or place it I am going to make a candy to give it more pleasure.

Sirvo en el molde y dejo reposar, al estar frio lo llevo a la nevera hasta el día siguiente o cuando este frío podemos servir nuestro rico pudín.

I serve it in the mold and let it rest, when it is cold I take it to the fridge until the next day or when it is cold we can serve our delicious pudding.
