Hello Foodies!
Crispy Okra is a spicy, tasty, and super crispy okra recipe made using Okra (obviously :D), gram flour, and lots of Indian spices. It is not the main dish but a great side dish, I eat it as a snack without any chapati.
I first made this snack when I was in school. I remember there was some competition in which we were supposed to take some self-made snacks to school. Kids usually asked their parents to prepare it for them but because I had a great fascination for cooking since childhood, I used to take advantage of such opportunities.
I stood second in that competition which I think was amazing considering most of the dishes were prepared by super experienced mommies. Since then, this is one of my favorite snacks, not because it’s tasty but because I have some great memories of it.
Let’s see how we make it.
