Ingredients

| 2. | Cheese Cubes | 2 Units |
| 3. | Garlic Cloves | 4 Units |
| 4. | Chopped Garlic | 3 TBSP |
| 5. | Black Pepper | 1/2 TBSP |
| 6. | Oregano | 1/2 TBSP |
| 7. | Salt | To taste |
Method
Step 1: Finely chop the garlic cloves. Take a bowl and add the chopped garlic. Grate cheese in the bowl. Mix well.
Step 2: Now hollow the mushrooms by removing the stems. Finely chop the separated stems and add to the bowl.
Step 3: Add black pepper, salt and oregano to the cheese mixture and mix well.
Step 4: Now fill the mushrooms with the stuffing prepared.
Step 5: Keep the mushrooms in OTG and grill them for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 6: Take out in a platter and serve hot. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
