Hello, Hive learners Greetings, and have a beautiful Sunday. The Sunday everybody has good time to make some special breakfast, For this Sunday we make some creative breakfast. It tasty healthy and Good for those children who don't like to eat vegetables.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 spring onions
1 small onion plus some slices .
1 small paprika
5 chives
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 green chili
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mix dried herb optional choice.
2 potatoes.
mayonnaise and tomato ketchup for topping
Finely chop all vegetables.
Peel and grate potatoes.
boil one cup of water.
Add grated potato and boil for 2 minutes.
When potatoes look translucent remove from heat and drain away the water.
Mix all vegetables and add pepper salt and dried herbs.
Break eggs in the bowl add milk and blend it using a fork or hand blender.
Mix grated potatoes, egg, and all vegetables and 1 spoon of oil.
Mix well together.
Fill muffin pan with egg vegetable mixture.
Bake muffins at 180C in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
remove from the oven and cool for a couple of minutes.
Remove from muffin mold and decorate with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
These muffins are ideal for children who don't like to eat vegetables.
